Our main office is in El Campello, Alicante and we provide a 24h airport service at Alicante Airport. We do not have any other offices in the province of Alicante.

The minimum age for hire is 21. There is no maximum age, as long as you have a valid driving licence.
According to the UK government website, British nationals do NOT need an IDP to drive in Spain as long as they are driving there for no longer than six months.
Yes, you can have up to 2 named drivers. Please contact the office if you require more than 2 drivers.
We have a 24hr mobile number which should be called in the event of a breakdown.
Yes, the number will be provided on the confirmation email when you make your reservation.
We have a 24-hour service at the airport, a delayed flight will not affect your hire. Please get in touch with us if your flight is delayed.
There are no charges for cancellations. In the event that you have to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
Payment is to be made upon arrival or pre-paid by Visa/ Mastercard.

No, we only provide Isofix Baby Seats which have an additional cost of 20€ for the duration of your rental.
Regular booster seats are still free of charge. If you require an Isofix High Back Booster there is an additional cost of 20€ for the duration of your rental.
You will be asked for your driving licence, passport, home address and Spanish address. In the event that your drivers license is for some reason with the DVLA, a copy faxed to our office will suffice.
Unlike larger companies, we can process you faster at the airport. We expect clients to be leaving the parking bay within 10 minutes. There are no parking charges.
